Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

We provide complimentary 15-minute consultations.

  • Are we a good fit?

If you’re looking for a therapist who will walk beside you while also encouraging you to stretch and grow, we might work well together. I help clients untangle unhelpful patterns, build emotional resilience, and show up more fully in their lives. Sessions with me blend reflection with real-life strategies you can start practicing between appointments.

  • What are you looking for?

Reflecting on your goals and preferences helps you choose a therapist who fits your needs. This makes therapy more effective and saves time. We’ll discuss your needs in detail during our consultation to ensure a good fit and set clear goals.

  • Following our consultation...

After our consultation call, if we agree we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule your initial assessment. If not, I’ll provide you with tailored mental health recommendations and referrals to support you in finding the right care.
