Sharlita Boyd is the founder of Crafting Balance, LLC—a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Psychotherapist, and respected expert in anxiety, trauma, and relational wellness. She integrates evidence-based strategies with cultural humility to guide clients toward sustainable emotional and mental health.
