From Survival to Intentional Living.
The Founder
For nearly a decade, Sharlita’s work has been guided by the belief that when people are given the space to heal, deepen their understanding of themselves, and feel genuinely seen, meaningful change can interrupt intergenerational patterns of trauma and create new possibilities for the generations that follow. Her work reflects a deep commitment to advancing healing, growth, and well-being within historically underserved and underrepresented communities.
Outside of the office, Sharlita enjoys staying curious and connected through book clubs, culinary experiences, horseback riding, eco-tourism, and exploring new interests.
